Halal isn't a special accommodation in Marrakech — it's the standard way meat is sourced across the city, including in every class listed here.
Morocco's meat supply is overwhelmingly halal by default, a reflection of the country's Muslim-majority population rather than a tourism-facing adjustment. When our classes use chicken or lamb — in a tagine, for example — it comes from the same everyday halal sourcing used in Moroccan households and restaurants generally. Traditional Moroccan recipes also don't call for alcohol as an ingredient, so the dishes themselves fit naturally within halal dietary practice without modification.
