These terms apply when you book a cooking class, food tour, market tour or private experience withMarrakech.Cooking. Please read them alongside the specific booking, pricing, dietary and cancellation details listed on each experience page, which form part of your booking.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once we've responded to your inquiry (by WhatsApp, email or through our contact form) and confirmed availability, date and group size. Prices listed are per person unless stated otherwise and are shown in the currency indicated on each experience page.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation terms vary by experience and are listed on each individual experience page. In general, standard classes allow free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance, and private classes require 48 hours' notice, though exact terms should always be confirmed at the time of booking.

Dietary Requirements and Allergies

We ask guests to disclose allergies and dietary requirements at the time of booking so hosts can plan accordingly. While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment given the nature of shared kitchens.

Conduct and Safety

Classes involve knives, hot surfaces and open flames. Guests are expected to follow their host's safety instructions throughout. Marrakech.Cooking is not liable for injuries resulting from disregard of reasonable safety guidance provided during a class.

Changes to Experiences

Menus may vary based on seasonal ingredient availability, particularly for market-based classes. Meeting points, timing or hosts may occasionally change; we will notify you as far in advance as possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Marrakech.Cooking is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in a class or tour, beyond the value of the booking itself.
